HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS IT DUE?
The deposit is equal to 30 % of the total booking cost and is to be made within 5 days of booking.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?
Bank transfers, PayPal, credit cards (coming soon), and cash upon arrival (the remaining balance after the deposit has been paid)
WILL THERE BE ANY COMMISSION, HANDLING FEES OR OTHER CHARGES?
easypreis means everything is including, with the exception of bank transfer fees, which are the responsibility of the guest.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR CHILDREN?
Children under the age of 6 can stay at no extra cost and children over 6 but under 15 years of age are eligible for reduced prices.
ARE COTS AVAILABLE?
Cots and high-chairs are available for use in all easyapartments at no extra charge.
IS INTERNET AVAILABLE? AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Internet / WLAN / WIFI is available in all easyapartments at no additional charge.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES FOR HEATING, ELECTRICITY, WATER, WIFI, TV, ETC.?
All costs and fees for heating, electricity, water, WiFi, TV, etc. are included in the easypreis.
WHAT DOES THE "EASYPREIS" INCLUDE?
All utilities & costs concerning the apartment are included in the easypreis. Excluded are parking fees and the regional valid city taxes.
IS THERE A DISHWASHER AND WASHING MACHINE?
As standard amenities, there is a dishwasher and washing machine located in all of the easyapartments.
SHOULD I BRING MY OWN TOWELS AND LINENS?
The initial supply of bed linens and towels are provided for you at no charge.
HOW MUCH DOES THE FINAL CLEANING COST?
The final cleaning is included in the easypreis, therefore there is no additional charge.
IS THERE PARKING AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Many of our easyapartments have reasonably priced, reserved parking available for € 9.00 per night. Otherwise, parking in public areas is generally easily accessible, with the exception of the Old Town in Salzburg (Enquire within).
ARE EASYAPARTMENTS SUITABLE FOR ALLERGY SUFFERERS?
The furnishings are designed with allergy sufferers in mind.
IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT AND WHEN WILL I GET IT BACK?
easyapartments do not require any security deposits.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Withdrawal/cancellation up until 1 month before arrival date – 0% penalty
Withdrawal/cancellation between 1 month and 7 days before arrival date – 30 % penalty
Withdrawal/cancellation between 7 days and 1 day before arrival date – 50 %
penalty Withdrawal/cancellation on arrival date or NO SHOW – 100 % penalty
