ONLINE BOOKING TERMS
The reservation is binding the moment our offer is accepted via telephone or in written form.
A deposit amount of 30 % should be paid within 5 days of the reservation. The full outstanding balance should be paid 7 - 14 days prior to arrival, or if agreed in cash or by credit card on arrival.
Failure to comply with the payment agreement leads to cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation of the booking is possible via email or telephone.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation up until 2 weeks before arrival date – 0 % penalty
Cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week before arrival date – 30 % penalty
Cancellation between 7 days and 1 day before arrival date – 50 % penalty
Cancellation on arrival date or NO SHOW – 100 % penalty
Note: in case of cancellation we reserve the right to charge a singular handling fee of EUR 25.- per invoice.
In case of modification within 2 weeks of arrival, we reserve the right to charge a singular handling fee of EUR 50.- per invoice.
Check In: from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Check out: until 10:00 a.m.
The check times are 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Please inform us of your estimated time of arrival at least 1 hour before your check-in. Please adhere to our check-out time.
There is a strict no smoking policy. Smoking is only allowed outside of the apartment. Smoking inside the apartment will be fined with a penalty of EUR 150.-
Please mind the night rest times (10 p.m. - 7 a.m.). Violation of our night rest times will be fined with a penalty of EUR 150.- + any follow-up costs.
Pets are admissible only after prior agreement.
Please adhere to our recycling policy (waste separation) and use water and energy economically (details are available in the apartment). Please close all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
easyapartments is not liable for the acts and omissions of others i.a disruptions in the communal heating, water or the supply of electricity.
easyapartments will not accept responsibility or liability for the constant operational readiness of all electrical devices (like oven, stove, dishwasher, etc.), TV, SAT-TV, WiFi and other electronic equipment inside the apartment.
Please contact us in case of mechanical failures and/or needed repair so that we can fix the problem as soon as possible.
easyapartments will not accept responsibility or liability for personal and/or material damages as well as for influences to the apartment due to forces majeure, meteorological perturbations, power- and water blackouts.
The arrival and the departure is the responsibility and liability of the renter. easyapartments is not liable for the loss of personal belongings of the renter in case of fire or theft. easyapartments is not liable for damages, accidents, death or personal injury.
The renter is obliged to comply with the check-in / check-out times and the rental conditions. To leave the rented apartment and all fixtures, fittings and household objects and equipment undamaged. To leave the apartment in a non-littered state. The renter is liable for damages to household objects and equipment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. Smoking in an apartment constitutes a breach of contract that will be penalized with an excess surcharge of EUR 150.-. Additionally, a subsequent day’s rental will be charged should the apartment not be accepted for rental by a new arriving guest on the same day of departure due to the excessive smell of smoke caused be the departing guest!
All claims for damages or compensation by the renter against easyapartments are excluded.
A renegotiation on booking price after confirmation of booking is not permitted. easyapartments will offer the renter qualitatively equal alternative apartment in case of unavailability of your chosen apartment due to force majeure. Easyapartments cannot be held liable in such a case.
Place of jurisdiction is 5020 Salzburg under Austrian Law.
Please use your holiday apartment and all furnishing with respect as if the apartment were your own home. Thank you.
